Description

SUK granule premade pouch configurations fill ready-made bags for food products such as nuts, snacks, grains or coffee beans, subject to sample review. The pouch is supplied already formed: the system feeds and opens it, receives a measured dose and seals it. Select the feeding and weighing arrangement for the product rather than assuming one setup handles every granule.

Features

Send product size, bulk density, flow and fragility information so the feeding path and weighing arrangement can be reviewed.
Confirm the pouch opening, zipper, gusset, mouth clearance and seal structure with actual bag samples.
Specify minimum and maximum net fill per SKU, accuracy requirements and accepted finished bags/minute.
Discuss breakage, cleaning, changeovers and any checkweighing, coding or downstream packing requirements as part of the proposed configuration.

Application range

Nuts, snacks, grains and roasted coffee beans are examples for review, not proof that every product works at the same speed or fill range. Fragile or irregular products may need different handling. For purchased retail bags, compare this route with roll-film VFFS before choosing the system.

Match the handling route to the food, not only the bag weight

A nut mix, a crisp snack and a roasted coffee bean pack can use the same broad premade-pouch route while needing different feeding and weighing arrangements. Prepare a sample set covering your smallest dose, largest dose and most fragile product. Include the actual purchased pouches: an empty bag drawing alone does not show how the mouth opens or how the filled pouch sits during transfer.

Nuts and mixed granules: identify the ingredient mix and size range. Ask the trial team to record individual pack weights and the appearance of the mix after filling; total weight alone does not establish the ratio of ingredients.
Fragile snacks: agree how breakage will be assessed before and after the proposed transfer and filling path. Confirm the usable bag space without compressing the product simply to fit the nominal pouch dimensions.
Coffee beans: review the coffee bean premade-pouch application, including the pouch closure and any valve already fitted by the bag supplier. Do not assume the machine supplies or installs a valve.

When should a factory compare VFFS instead?

If the finished pack can be formed from roll film and a purchased pouch is not essential, compare the vertical form-fill-seal route using the same food sample and net-weight requirements. If the zipper, supplied pouch shape or retail presentation is essential, continue with the premade-pouch machine review.
