Features

• Roll-film bag making: match the forming tube, longitudinal seal, transverse jaws and cutting arrangement to the intended finished bag.
• Product-specific dosing: evaluate weighing, auger or liquid metering with the actual food rather than assuming interchangeable filling systems.
• Production review: agree on accepted finished bags per minute for the chosen fill, film and bag geometry. Maximum values in a reference table are not simultaneous guarantees.
• Changeover planning: define film changes, format parts, cleaning access and the expected SKU schedule.
• Factory integration: specify coding, inspection, rejection and conveyor interfaces, plus utilities, operator training and acceptance scope in the quotation.

Application range

• Snacks, nuts, grains or rice with an appropriate feeding and weighing arrangement.
• Coffee, milk powder or seasoning powders with product-specific powder dosing and dust/seal-area assessment.
• Liquid foods or pastes with compatible metering and sealing conditions.
• Other food or non-food materials require a separate suitability review. One machine, one set of contact parts or one dosing system is not assumed to cover every listed product.

Food VFFS Project Routes

Use the product and finished bag to narrow the configuration: food powder dosing, snack weighing and bagging, rice packaging, or ice cube bagging.

Compare the VFFS selection guide before fixing the bag-maker, film and dosing arrangement. For small packs that must be boxed, review the powder VFFS-to-carton route separately. Provide your product sample, bag drawing, film and accepted bags per minute for a matched factory-line proposal.
