SUK helps coffee manufacturers plan the secondary packaging of sealed coffee stick packs and sachets into retail cartons. This coffee sachet cartoning solution is intended for single-serve coffee production, including instant coffee and coffee premix projects, with the feeding and counting arrangement matched to the finished pack.
For a complete line, the upstream machine forms, fills and seals the coffee packs; downstream equipment counts and arranges the packs for cartoning. The cartoner handles already sealed packs. It does not fill loose coffee powder or replace the primary packaging seal.
Request a coffee stick-pack cartoning layout. Send your filled pack sample, carton drawing, packs per carton and required cartons per minute.

Discuss sealed instant-coffee sticks, coffee premix sachets and other coffee portion packs with SUK. Pack flexibility, seal tails, filled thickness and film friction affect collection and feeding, so a sample is needed before confirming the line.
For upstream equipment, compare multi-lane powder stick-pack packaging and the multi-lane counting and cartoning line. Large coffee bags and zipper pouches require a different packaging route.
Reference cartoner values below are from the 2026 SUK catalog, printed page 52. They are not a guaranteed output for a complete coffee line.
| Item | SKZH-2620 catalog reference |
|---|---|
| Cartoner speed | 20–60 cartons/min; actual coffee project output to be confirmed |
| Carton dimensions, L × W × H | Minimum 90 × 30 × 20 mm; maximum 260 × 180 × 80 mm |
| Total power | 1.62 kW; main motor 1.5 kW |
| Machine dimensions, L × W × H | 3825 × 1592 × 1761 mm |
| Machine weight | 1000 kg |
Final electrical supply, compressed-air demand, carton board specification, feeding modules and installation layout are confirmed in the project proposal. Cartoner reference speed does not establish the capacity of the upstream coffee filling machine.
Required good-pack output equals the target cartons per minute multiplied by the number of packs in each carton. Allow for actual transfer, counting, loading and line efficiency when specifying the equipment. Ask SUK to confirm the usable line output for your product instead of combining unrelated maximum-speed figures.
This SUK coffee powder project shows stick-pack counting and cartoning. The complete line achieved an actual synchronized output of 40 cartons per minute, as confirmed by SUK for this project. This is a project-specific operating result, not a universal minimum or a rated capacity for every pack format.

Need higher output? SUK can evaluate higher-speed configurations for your project. Product properties, stick length and width, filled thickness, packs per carton, carton dimensions and the matched upstream and downstream equipment determine the proposed output. Send your samples and target capacity for a tailored line proposal.
SUK supplied the following project details for a coffee powder stick-pack and cartoning configuration combining a DLA-400F multi-lane powder machine with an SKZH-2620 cartoner. The packs are arranged and counted in groups of ten for glued cartons, with a weight-checking stage included in the project.
| Product and primary format | Coffee powder; 20 g per stick pack; 20 × 100 mm finished bag; 4 lanes |
|---|---|
| Primary packaging machine | DLA-400F: 240 packs/minute, reported machine operating figure |
| Cartoning machine | SKZH-2620: 30 cartons/minute, reported machine operating figure |
| Carton grouping and closure | 10 stick packs per carton; glued carton closure |
| Line functions | Arranged infeed, counting, buffered transfer, cartoning and weight checking |
How to read the two speeds: 240 packs/minute and 30 cartons/minute refer to the two machines individually, not to a measured sustained output of 30 complete cartons/minute for the whole line. Buffered handling helps coordinate transfer and short interruptions; the matched continuous line output must be agreed and verified over the same run and pack-count conditions.
Open the full downstream equipment video or request a matched stick-pack and cartoning proposal with your product sample, fill weight, bag drawing, packs per carton and required accepted output. Compare the complete line scope before selecting the component machines.
The existing SUK video below is an equipment reference. Confirm the demonstrated configuration against your coffee pack and carton before ordering.
No. A primary packing machine fills and seals the coffee powder first. This page concerns the handling and cartoning of the sealed packs.
A complete-line proposal can include multi-lane packing, counting, arrangement and cartoning. The transfer and infeed must be checked against the actual stick dimensions, output and carton count.
Send filled packs or a drawing showing length, width and filled thickness; the coffee type and fill weight; the packs per carton and arrangement; the carton drawing; required output; available floor space; destination country and electrical supply. Include coding and inspection requirements.
