Ground Cannabis Flower Stick Packaging Machine

SUK can evaluate a configured stick-pack project for prepared ground cannabis flower in an authorised packaging operation. Supply a representative material sample, target fill mass, stick dimensions, film and accepted-output requirement. Feeding, dosing, sealing and any counting/cartoning connection require a project-specific review. SUK does not currently present a completed ground-flower case, and no lane count, speed, dose tolerance or destination packaging compliance is asserted from another material’s demonstration. Existing machine references illustrate an equipment family, not a validated cannabis customer installation.

Ground Cannabis Flower Stick Packaging Machine

The cover uses a botanical flower powder illustration (chamomile, lavender and rose) as a neutral packaging-format visual; it does not depict cannabis or a completed cannabis customer production case. Speeds shown are configuration references; actual output depends on the material, pack dimensions and agreed configuration, and is confirmed through sample trials.

Description

SUK can assess configured stick-pack equipment for ground cannabis flower where the buyer's intended product and packaging operation are authorised for the destination market. The equipment enquiry concerns filling and sealing a prepared botanical material; it is not a machine for cultivation, extraction or product formulation.

SUK confirms that this application can be configured, but does not currently present a completed ground-flower case. No project-specific speed, lane count, filling tolerance or customer installation is claimed on this page. A representative material sample and pack drawing are required before a configuration and acceptance plan can be established.

Request a ground-flower packaging feasibility review with your material description, target fill, bag dimensions and production requirements.

Features and Configuration: Do Not Treat Ground Flower as a Uniform Powder

A prepared flower material may include particles and fibres of different shapes. Its feeding behaviour must be assessed with the sample rather than assumed from a machine demonstration using a free-flowing food powder. The engineering review should address the product path, dosing arrangement, transfer to the pack and access for inspection and cleaning.

The target filled mass and its acceptance method are separate from any active-constituent specification. Packaging equipment weighs or meters the material presented to it; a fill-weight check does not establish product composition or analytical potency.

Stick Geometry and Sealing Requirements

Provide a bag sample or drawing showing outside width and length, the seal arrangement, artwork area and intended opening. Review the opening of the forming path relative to the actual material. Packing feasibility depends on material movement and pack geometry together, not only on whether a catalogue bag-width range includes your drawing.

Specify the film and finished-pack tests you require. Particles near the sealing region, cut consistency and filled-pack appearance should be included in the trial. Do not infer aroma retention, shelf life, tamper evidence or any regulated packaging performance from a generic stick-pack photograph.

A Configured Line, Not a Published Model Guarantee

The stick-pack equipment family provides a starting point for discussing the narrow pack format. Multi-lane production and downstream counting can be reviewed when the material, packet dimensions and output objective are defined. No food-powder model's gram range or measured output is automatically transferred to this application.

If a project needs counted packs in retail cartons, SUK can assess the transfer, counting and cartoning interface. Secondary packaging requirements must be specified independently from the primary packer. The buyer should identify any destination-specific packaging and labelling requirements for professional review; this equipment page does not assert that an ordinary stick pack satisfies them.

What to Send for a Feasibility Review

  • Prepared material description and representative sample, including particle and fibre characteristics.
  • Target fill mass and the method for accepting fill variation.
  • Finished stick width, length, seals, film structure and opening requirement.
  • Required accepted packs per minute and operating schedule.
  • Inspection, cleaning, product-handling and segregation requirements.
  • Destination market, electrical supply, factory layout and any downstream carton count.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a completed SUK cannabis-flower project to reference?

No completed case is presented here. Configuration capability has been confirmed, but sample evaluation and project-specific acceptance evidence are still needed.

Can a powder-packing demonstration prove ground-flower suitability?

No. Use the intended prepared material and film in a trial; do not assign a coffee or vitamin powder result to this application.

Read the ground-flower stick-pack feasibility checklist or send a project enquiry to SUK.
