Compare SUK stick-pack configurations for coffee premix, drink powders, sugar and liquid condiments. Choose powder, granule or liquid dosing to match the actual product; stick format can be single-lane or multi-lane. For a complete retail line, include sachet counting and cartoning in the project scope. Send your product sample, dose, finished stick dimensions, film and accepted packs per minute. We will review the configuration, changeover requirements and downstream connection before quotation.
A stick pack machine is selected around the narrow, single-serve pack your food factory needs to produce. Coffee premix, seasoning powders and liquid condiments require different dosing arrangements; one filling system should not be assumed to handle them all. A stick-pack project may use a single-lane or multi-lane configuration, depending on the reviewed pack and output requirements.

Food applications to discuss include coffee premix, seasonings and single-serve liquid condiments. Product suitability depends on the specific formulation and configuration. Powder capacity in grams, liquid dose in millilitres and pump flow in litres/minute describe different quantities and must not be treated as interchangeable.
These pages describe configuration choices, not proof that the reference machine has run every listed formulation. For retail boxes, specify sticks per carton and accepted cartons per minute alongside the packer's output, then review the stick-pack counting and cartoning line.
Send your sample and pack drawing for a matched equipment proposal. Ask the quotation to define dosing, film tooling, change parts, installation and operator-training scope.

The following SKTB-120H table retains the existing website configuration reference. It is separate from the catalog SKTB-120QF, QY and HY records. A pump flow rate is not a per-stick dose or a finished-pack output figure. Confirm the actual product range, film compatibility, accuracy and sustained speed with the proposed configuration; maximum fill and maximum output are not guaranteed together.
