Description

SUK SKTB-DLA550 and SKTB-DLA900 are liquid multi-lane stick packaging configurations to review for portioned food products. Metering selection starts with the actual liquid: viscosity, temperature, particles, foaming and the target dose can change the suitable filling arrangement. Do not apply these liquid volume specifications to a powder weight requirement.

Features

Metering review: the supplied liquid reference describes a servo peristaltic pump, with alternative heads subject to configuration review. Send the product before specifying the head.
Lane and film matching: 4, 8 or 10 lanes are listed as customizable possibilities, not confirmed options for each model. Match lane count to pack width, web layout and sealing requirements.
Capacity basis: the supplied 30–40 bags/min figure does not identify whether it is per lane or total. Confirm the basis and tested whole-machine output before making a production plan.
Line connection: if sticks will be boxed, define the count per carton, transfer arrangement and required cartons/minute separately.

Application range

Liquid condiments, oils, syrups and drink concentrates may be reviewed with representative samples. Viscosity and particle content can make two food products behave differently in the same nominal dosing range. Cleaning, changeovers and any temperature-control requirements must be specified for the proposed system.

Prepare a Liquid Food Trial

Use the honey sachet application and liquid stick-pack format as selection routes, not evidence that an unchanged filling system handles all liquids.

Supply the actual liquid, dose and unit, filling temperature, viscosity, foaming behaviour, particles, bag drawing and film. Agree on nozzle cutoff, seal-area cleanliness, cleaning access and restart checks. For boxed sticks, include packs per carton, orientation and the required finished-carton output. Parameters

The table records the supplied DLA550/DLA900 liquid reference, including unresolved lane assignment and speed basis. Bag geometry and sealing options need configuration confirmation.
