For produce packing facilities handling a mix of fruit and vegetable trays, the SUK SK-BF offers a tray cling film overwrapping option. Start with a list of your tray formats and product shapes so the project can be reviewed as a packaging operation, not as one universal setting for every crop.
Group your produce SKUs by tray length, width and loaded height, and identify the most difficult shape to wrap. Show how delicate fruit, loose items or mixed produce sit in the tray; explain any bruising or movement concerns for sample trials. Provide the film specification selected for the produce and discuss any ventilation requirements with your packaging team. State the mix of SKUs per shift, changeover frequency and the target output for each representative tray.
Mixed fruit and vegetable packhouses may need several settings or a different packaging method for some products. Actual produce, tray and film samples are needed to confirm the proposed range. Overwrapping alone does not establish a shelf-life result.

A packhouse running several fruit and vegetable formats should provide a tray/SKU matrix rather than only one maximum bagging weight. For each format, record tray length and width, loaded height, product arrangement, film and planned shift volume. Identify which pack represents the most delicate load, which is tallest and which is least stable during transfer.
Record accepted output for representative SKUs and the interruptions or changes that affect the shift plan. Confirm any label, weighing or inspection connection in the quotation. Film selection and any ventilation requirement belong in the buyer's pack specification; machine overwrapping alone does not establish shelf life.
Review the SK-BF tray-overwrapping reference for the machine family, or the vegetable-specific application for that project route. Send a produce packhouse enquiry with the tray/SKU matrix, loaded-pack photos, proposed film, target accepted packs/minute per format, changeover frequency and available line space.
Model: SK-BF. Reference packing speed: 20–60 packs/minute. Actual output depends on the tray, product, film and configuration. The highest speed is not guaranteed for the largest pack.
See the SK-BF tray cling film overwrapping machine for the 2026 catalog reference dimensions and configuration table. Confirm the proposed configuration with SUK before ordering. These reference values are not a product-specific trial result.
Send your tray/SKU list, loaded-pack photos, film requirements, packing temperature, output per SKU and destination country. For a vegetable-only project, also review the dedicated vegetable tray application page.
