SUK SK-BF tray cling film overwrapping equipment is a packaging option for food factories preparing products in trays. Start with the food product, tray dimensions, filled-product height and film sample to assess a suitable configuration.
The SK-BF reference packing speed is 20–60 packs per minute. Actual output depends on the tray, food product, film and selected machine settings; the upper speed should not be assumed for every tray size or product.

Inspection, labelling, weighing and other line equipment must be reviewed separately; they are not assumed to be included as standard.
Meat processors and fresh-produce packing facilities can request a tray and product assessment. Suitability depends on the actual food, tray and film combination, not the application name alone.
Cling film overwrapping is not the same process as vacuum packaging, modified-atmosphere tray sealing or horizontal flow wrapping. Do not assume that a cling-wrapped pack provides vacuum, gas flushing or a guaranteed shelf-life extension. State any preservation requirement separately for technical review.
Compare beef tray wrapping, seafood trays, fruit and vegetable trays or vegetable tray packaging. Provide the filled tray, film, product height and required finished-pack appearance.
Assess tray rigidity, rim condition, food stability, transfer and handling after wrapping. State any coding, weighing or labelling interface separately. Shelf-life, vacuum or modified-atmosphere requirements need a separate packaging assessment; cling overwrapping alone does not establish them. Send your tray and film samples for an SK-BF review.
