Shampoo Gel Sachet Packaging Machine

Evaluate a shampoo gel sachet packaging line around your actual formulation, fill quantity and pack design. SUK can review stick or sachet formats, liquid dosing arrangements, nozzle cutoff, sealing requirements and downstream handling as a defined project. The proposal should address foaming, stringing, product contact compatibility, cleaning access and the intended laminate. Multi-lane output and cartoning interfaces require configuration review and sample trials. Send a representative shampoo sample, pack drawing, film specification and production target to establish an equipment scope and quotation with agreed acceptance conditions.

Shampoo Gel Sachet Packaging Machine

Description

A shampoo gel sachet packaging machine needs to coordinate product delivery, nozzle shutoff, film movement and sealing. SUK can evaluate a sachet line around your shampoo formulation, target fill, finished pack dimensions and required output. The starting point is a production sample and a defined pack specification, because a free-flowing shampoo and a gel that stretches from the nozzle can require different filling arrangements.

This application covers liquid and gel shampoo in flexible single-use packs. Equipment suitability remains subject to trials with the actual formulation and laminate. A liquid machine description alone does not establish that its pump, tubing or filling nozzle can handle your gel.

Features and Configuration: Choose the pack format before the machine layout

A narrow stick can suit a compact single-use presentation, while a wider sachet may offer more space for graphics and a different dispensing experience. Seal layout, opening position and usable internal volume should be agreed together. Evaluate the stick packing machine family when a narrow format is required; the final liquid filling configuration must be selected separately.

Multi-lane production is a possible configuration for projects requiring several packs to be made in parallel. It can overlap with the stick format. Lane count should follow the confirmed bag layout, filling behavior and downstream handling capacity, rather than an assumed multiplier applied to a headline speed.

Specify the shampoo delivery system

The filling proposal should define the product supply vessel, transfer route, metering principle and nozzle arrangement. Include viscosity information at the intended filling temperature, any suspended particles, the tendency to foam and the acceptable amount of residual product in the supply circuit. These details help establish which components need evaluation.

Nozzle cutoff deserves particular attention when the formulation forms a tail after dosing. Discuss nozzle position, filling timing and any proposed drip-control arrangement as part of the configuration. Product contact materials, seals and tubing require compatibility review with the formulation and cleaning agents; no universal material compatibility is assumed.

Keep filling and sealing coordinated

The film path and sealing arrangement must accommodate the selected laminate and the filled sachet shape. The proposal should address seal width, registration, cutting position and any tear feature. A wider graphic panel does not automatically provide enough usable space for the required fill once seals and opening features are included.

Product reaching the seal area can compromise the pack. Trials should establish the relationship between fill timing, nozzle withdrawal, settling time and sealing conditions. Any proposed sealing temperature or machine rate belongs to the tested product, bag and configuration; neither is a general guarantee for every shampoo gel.

Connect sachet output to the rest of the line

Define whether finished sachets leave individually, in linked lengths or in counted groups. Coding, inspection, reject handling and transfer conveyors should have clear responsibilities and interface requirements. For boxed packs, discuss sachet orientation, accumulation and counting with the multi-column cartoning solution team. These functions need explicit inclusion in the project scope.

Cleaning access also affects the line layout. Request space for removing filling components, draining the supply circuit and changing film. The quotation should identify the expected cleaning method and the parts requiring manual removal, together with site power, air and installation requirements.

Request a quotation around a defined package

Send the shampoo sample, target quantity with its unit, pack drawing, laminate specification and required finished sachets per minute. Add the number of formulas, changeover frequency and downstream packing method. Ask for a quotation separating the main machine, filling system, optional equipment, change parts and acceptance scope.

Use the shampoo gel sachet selection guide to prepare the trial, then contact SUK with the project specification. Output and fill performance should be agreed after evaluation of the actual product and package.
