SUK powder packaging machines are selected around the food, finished pack and production requirement. For ground coffee, milk powder, seasonings or other food powders, compare roll-film VFFS bagging with premade pouch filling. For narrow single-serve packs and parallel production, review a suitable stick-pack or multi-lane configuration instead of assuming one machine covers every format.
Food powder projects may include ground coffee, milk powder, protein powder, flour, seasonings and baking mixes, subject to product and pack review. Different powders can behave differently in the same dosing head. Identify allergen-changeover, moisture and cleaning constraints before selecting the equipment. Food demonstrations do not establish suitability for pharmaceutical or chemical production.

This page compares packaging routes rather than promising one shared weight range or machine specification. Catalog volume in ml must not be relabelled as powder mass in g. Model, dosing head, bag dimensions, filling range, accuracy, speed, power and installed footprint are confirmed together for the actual project. Maximum speed and maximum fill are not simultaneous guarantees.
| Pack requirement | Configuration to review | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| Ready-made stand-up or zipper pouches | Powder premade pouch filling | Pouch sample, powder, target fill and seal requirements |
| Roll-film bags | Powder VFFS configuration | Bag drawing, film, powder dose and output |
| Small sticks or sachets with parallel production | Multi-lane powder reference | Pack dimensions, lane/output basis and any carton count |
Existing premade pouch and VFFS demonstration videos are shown below as configuration references. Confirm the equipment, powder and pack used for your project; a video does not establish a universal filling range or performance result.
Send the powder sample or material data, minimum and maximum net fill, accuracy requirement, bag drawing or pouch samples, film, total packs/minute and changeover pattern. For a line, add packs/carton, carton drawings, inspection needs and target cartons/minute. Include destination country, electrical supply and available installation space.
Read the powder packaging selection guide, review a counting and cartoning line, or send your project to SUK.
