SUK multi-lane powder packaging configurations are reviewed for food factories producing portion packs of coffee premix, seasoning or other powders. Multiple lanes can form and fill packs in parallel, but the lane count, powder dosing system and finished pack dimensions must be selected together. Stick describes a pack format; multi-lane describes the production configuration.
Food factory applications to review include instant coffee premix, seasoning powders and other portioned dry ingredients. Different powders can require different screw, hopper and feeding arrangements. Confirm cleaning access and cross-product changeover requirements for your production process.

Review 3-in-1 coffee premix, drink mix powder, vitamin powder blends, or single-serve nutrition powder according to the actual formulation and pack.
Provide bulk density, flow behaviour, target dose, finished dimensions and film. Lane count, accepted total output and cleaning arrangements should be selected together. For a specific catalog platform, compare the DLA-400F reference; its figures do not replace the separate SKD-420A reference below. Add packs per carton if you require counting and cartoning.
The SKD-420A table below is an existing website reference configuration, not the DLA-400F catalog record or a DLA550/900 liquid-machine specification. Film width, utilities, lane count and the proposed configuration need technical confirmation; the original air-consumption unit was unclear and is not repeated here. Reference maximums are not simultaneous performance guarantees.
